Like many inner city areas undergoing regeneration, the urban neighborhood that is Central Avenue can be a little scruffy around the edges but more than makes up for this through our great ethnic shops and restaurants, lovely open spaces, fantastic local transport and access to the city (20 min walk), vibrant music and food scene, and friendly community.
